心理距離或減往大灣區發展意願 學者倡實地考察釋疑

政府近年積極推動青年到大灣區發展。嶺南大學一項研究指,「心理距離」會降低港人到大灣區發展的意願。該研究於2019年3至4月進行,訪問逾千名18至35歲青年,發現受訪者對大灣區有薪酬低、互聯網受限制、繳所得稅較重等顧慮,他們普遍對移居大灣區持中立態度。

大灣區青年就業計劃 7成人覺薪酬吸引

嶺大研究生院研究助理教授朱岳峰解釋,邊檢、兩地政經制度及生活方式等差異,會增加空間、社會等心理距離,導致港人到大灣區發展意慾減,建議青年到大灣區城市實地考察,以釋除疑慮。

另外,政府去年宣布推動「大灣區青年就業計劃」,津貼企業以月薪不低於1.8萬港元聘請青年到大灣區就業,名額2,000個,為期18個月。民建聯本月訪問逾300名18至35歲青年,近7成人認為計劃薪酬吸引,近3成人稱會積極考慮,但逾8成人認為工作類型以金融及創科為主較狹窄,並有3成人稱因稅務問題而對到大灣區發展卻步。
