- Develop and maintain existing customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Participates in business development and account management, solutions demonstration, presentation and proposal preparation.
- Proactively lead sales activities within the practice area including bid management.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client engagements.
- Secures, designs and manages solo consulting projects and client facing engagements.
- Formulate and develop overall sales/marketing strategy and analyse sales data and trend to monitor sales performance.
- Identify market demand and trend to define new solutions requirements.
- Drive and manage marketing and awareness program include hosting joint events and workshops with partners and clients where applicable
- Mix of hunting and farming proven track record
- Ability to conduct consultative solution selling
- Good knowledge and ability to articulate emerging technologies like digital transformation, RPA, AI, Chatbot, Testing, Cloud etc
- Lead bids, respond to RFPs and ability to structure sound commercial proposals and present them to senior client interfaces
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing key accounts or consultative selling in IT Solutions and Services.
- Proven Client Engagement/Sales skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Project delivery and delivery management experience will be an added advantage.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Elite Microsoft PowerPoint skills, ability to develop compelling presentations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (native Mandarin speaker preferred).
