Job Description

Accounting

  • Responsible for daily accounting functions including accounting data inputs, online payments, invoicing, bills & LCs, bank reconciliation, etc
  • Maintenance of detailed Accounts Receivable status for clients
  • Maintenance of detailed Accounts Payable from vendors/suppliers
  • Assisting the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting, and annual reports for year-end audit
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments

Administration

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to office manager
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties when necessary

Some requirements of this role

  • Bachelor/Associate degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting
  • 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Experience in Luxury Retail/Garment industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Others:

  • 5 working days per week
  • 13 month’s salary
