Administrative Secretary/ Receptionist (FI @ Central)

Our client is s an investment advisor registered with SFC, providing investment management and family office services to families, high net worth individuals and foundations. She is now inviting calibre candidates to join her team with the requirements below:

Responsibilities:        

  • Perform general Admin and Receptionist duties
  • Provide full spectrum of Personal and Secretarial support to senior executives (EXPATS) and the team
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:            

  • Tertiary education, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • 5 years plus in office administration position, preferably serving EXPATS in the MNC /  financial services industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Pleasant, Team player with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently

$25,000 - 26,000 + Discretionary Bonus
