Administrative Assistant, HR&A (Office Admin / Project Mgt)

We are assisting our client (a JV of Listed PRC Property Developer) to hire the captioned post.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Duly reporting directly to the Project Director and HR & Admin Manager
  • Perform general office administrative services and provide secretarial supports to the HR & Admin department and the Project Management team
  • Assist to organize staff activities and build up a harmonic working atmosphere in office
  • Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues to ensure daily smooth running of the office
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by line managers

Requirements :

  • Tertiary educated
  • 3 years’ solid experience in providing secretarial supports/services to the functions of HR&A or project management preferred
  • Good team player with good communication skills and high ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Service-oriented, highly organized and able to handle multitasks with passion and patience
  • Good command of PC skills, especially in MS Office
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
