Administrative Manager/ Asst Manager – F&B (Operations Support)

Job Highlights:

  • Supervise a team for daily admin support to branch
  • Prepare sales and analytics reports
  • Catering or Retail admin. experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team to perform daily administrative services to branches, including but not limited to following up licenses status, supporting store openings / renovations, POS system set up, expenses claims, invoices and payment.
  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administration support to senior management, such as organize department functions & activities, prepare management reports, presentations, committee papers, meeting agenda and minutes, etc.
  • Liaise with both internal departments and external vendors for different initiatives and to continuously improve and optimize administrative effectiveness and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing budget plan and annual personnel budget & costings
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above in Business or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in administrative functions, preferably from catering or retail industry
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and numerical sense
  • Good accountability, organized, detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (Pivot Table & VLookup),  PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
