Administrative Manager (Project Dept -Shops Renovations) (5 Days @ Shatin)

Our client is a well-established F&B group. She is now inviting calibre candidate to join her team with the requirements below:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to provide full administrative and secretarial support to Project Department (Shops Renovations & Relocations)
  • Report to the Department Director, prepare and consolidate management reports
  • Manage the documentation systems and ensure documents are achieved in a systematic and effective manner
  • Assist the Director in budget preparation, forecast and cost analysis compilation
  • Tale up ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing departmental administrative support and in supervisory role
  • Substantial work experience in administrative role of architecture firm / contractor house / design house is an advantage
  • Self-driven, independent and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking and able to meet tight schedule, while having a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office application especially MS Excel & Pivot Table
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
