Administrative Officer- F&B (Operations & Secretarial Support) @Shatin

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operation administrative support and secretarial services to senior executives
  • Manage senior executives’ calendar, schedule meetings and take minutes for meetings
  • Assist to screen and handle incoming/ outgoing documents, maintain filing system
  • Preparation of various notice, memorandum, correspondence, agenda and presentation materials, reports and analysis
  • Assist in liaising with internal parties
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ administrative support experience in serving senior executive
  • Experience in restaurant or F&B industry is highly preferable
  • Team player, resourceful and result-oriented
  • Self-driven and capable to communicate effectively with staffs at all levels
  • Multi-tasking, able to meet tight schedule with quality result
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel  (e.g. Pivot table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
