Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day logistics/distribution operations with transportation services providers to meet the SOP, KPI and the instructions.
  • Oversee the transportation services to achieve the required service level to satisfy our customers at optimum cost
  • Prepare the delivery documents and maintain the Company’s standard delivery service records
  • Review and analyze company’s logistics performance and provide suggestion for process improvements
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management review
  • Maintain and enhance the logistics SOP
  • Lead monthly review meetings with transportation services providers to ensure the quality and control of delivery performance versus SLA
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in transportation operations
  • Experience in vendor management and deal with different levels of personal
  • Energetic, well-organized, hard-working, able to work independently & capable of working under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word and SAP
  • Willing to work on shift duties (no overnight shift)
  • Candidate with less experience will be consideredas Distribution Supervisor
