Assistant Key Account Manager (FMCG/Health Care products)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business performance of assigned key accounts for health products;
  • Formulate/ implement the promotion plan and monitor its activities to achieve the sales target;
  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of in-store promoters to achieve the sales target;
  • Explore new business opportunities at minor chain and e-commerce platform;
  • Establish effective sales & marketing plan with the marketing and e-commerce agencies in the mainland;
  • Compile various reports on sales performance, promotion evaluation and business review for identifying sales related issues and business opportunities;
  • Perform regular store visits to keep abreast of market changes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG industry.
  • Solid experience in managing in-store promoters is a must;
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Previous exposure in the mainland market is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint;
  • Strong analytical/ negotiation/ reporting skills and can work under pressure.
