Responsibilities
- Be part of the Leasing Team that is responsible for driving revenue and occupancy, handling customers in person and through social media, and managing administrative work
- Improve and develop products and services that better serve our customers
- Derive strategies to gain advantages over competitors
- Assist other operating teams when help is needed
- Advise the Group’s other businesses with the expertise you gained in this role
Requirements
- Degree holders
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Good with numbers, logical and analytical
- Keen learner, Team player, Go-getter, Quick thinker, Highly adaptive
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media, PowerPoint/Keynote
- Flexibility in working on weekends occasionally
