Highlights

• Assist to provide legal advice and support
• Degree in Law or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience

 Responsibilities:

• Assist to provide legal advice and support to all business and operation units
• Assist to develop and implement policies/procedures to mitigate legal risks
• Liaise and manage external counsel on outsourced assignments
• Conduct trainings and provide updates on legal issues
• Prepare reports to management and head office
• Handle claims and litigations of the bank
• Follow up court orders and enquiries from external parties

Requirements

• Degree in Law or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in banks/financial institutions
• Well versed with legal and regulatory requirements
• Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
