  • Responsibilities:
    • Serve as deputy and assistant to team head on daily tasks, projects and ad hoc matters;
    • Assist the team head in documentation handling (incl. drafting/reviewing and checking both standard and non-standard facility letters and security documents) independently within a tight timeframe and in a professional manner, as well as handling other related activities;
    • Handle credit limit and collateral monitoring;
    • Prepare various reports for internal and regulatory requirements (incl. CBRC and HKMA);
    • Proactively involve in system enhancement projects from time to time.


    • University graduate, preferably with relevant qualifications in banking or legal areas
    • 4-10 years of hands-on relevant experience in the banking sector
    • Familiar with banking products with documentation experience (incl. bilateral loans, syndication loans, trade finance, treasury products, etc.)
    • Independent, detailed-minded, sound analytic skills and able to work under pressure with team spirit
    • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua speaking, a must
