Assistant Manager, Credit Administration (PRC based corporate bank)

Duties:
  • Prepare and review commercial/syndication loan documentation
  • Check legal and collateral documents to ensure all conditions precedent are duly completed
  • Monitor and follow up documentation deficiency and outstanding loan documents
  • Liaise with account manager, credit analyst and external council on non-standard loan documentation process
  • Participate in documentation issues of new lending products
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related disciplines
  • 5 years of loan documentation experience in banking industry focusing on reviewing and drafting documentation
  • Sound knowledge of banking products in particular of loans and trade finance related products
  • Sound knowledge on commercial/syndication loan documentation requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Can work independently with good sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • For those candidates with less experience will consider the role of Senior Officer
