Assistant Public Affairs Manager (Logistics Co)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop and execute communication plan on public affairs and brand building;
  • Manage daily risk assessment, external inquiries as well as incident management;
  • Write press materials such as press announcement, line-to-takes, coordinate media pitching and interview arrangements, and dispatch corporate messages on internal and external social media platforms;
  • Organize CSR and go-green projects to enhance positive impact in the community;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders including business partners, NGO partners, government department and pressure groups to enhance positive exposure;
  • Prepare PPT presentation materials on regular basis for project updates and provide support for briefings to related parties;
  • Complete other ad hoc task assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism / Public Relations/ Marketing or related disciplines;
  • At least  6  years’  experience  in  public  affairs/   corporate communications/ media / event management;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with good sense of news judgement and public affairs;
  • Excellent PR writing skills in both English and Chinese is a must;
  • Proficiency skills in Words, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good team player with “can do” spiri
