Assistant Training & Operations Manager (Catering, F&B), station in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

  • Identify company training needs, formulate and develop training strategies and implement plans for all frontline staff
  • Design rundown, prepare training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes
  • Deliver training programs focusing on customer service, selling skills, supervisory to front-line staff
  • Pay visit to nine shops regularly for operational management and engage in various marketing programs and execute field work in shops to evaluate front-line staff’s performance
  • Manage training budget, course development, training need analysis and program review
  • Provide coaching and guidelines to front-line staff when appropriate
  • Experience in training and operation gained from F&B / Catering industry, a must

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
  • 4 years of solid experience in training and development especially in F&B / Catering industry
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, independent and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Working location: China Shanghai 上海静安
