Business Operations Manager, Kwai Fong


  • Manage and oversee all supply chain related activities for the business, including sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning
  • Implement and review strategies, systems and appropriate workflows to make sure supply chain efficiency in terms of smooth and timely services to both internal and external parties, as well as continuous cost reduction
  • Develop strong working partnership with vendors and suppliers, and negotiate competitive product pricing and business terms of all the office supplies and business services product categories
  • Monitor vendors and suppliers performance to ensure product quality, stock availability and delivery service
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and co-operation among all internal departments in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement and supply chain operations


  • Degree holder of Purchasing and Supply Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years’ sourcing and procurement management experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
  • Strong planning & analytical skills with high sensibility of price & quantitative analysis
  • Devoted, systematic and with good people management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office with practical experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin
