C&B Specialist (F&B)

Responsibilities:

  • To perform HR data analysis and handle HR projects, deliver regular and analytical reports in high quality for management review
  • Build market intelligence database by conducting different market researches and surveys
  • Assist in Salary Benchmarking exercise including data submission, job mapping, data & pay analysis to ensure remuneration competitive in market
  • Develop Salary Proposals, Compensation Structure and Solutions for Staff Movement
  • Participate in annual exercises including Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Annual Remuneration Review, Rewards and Benefits Program Review, etc.
  • To engage in different HR Projects and Activities. e.g. Digitalization and Transformation
  • Assist to review and revamp company C&B policies & procedures, HR workflow and process, ensure all policies and processes are effective and in compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 5 years’ solid experience in Compensation & Benefits / HRM
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and law related to employee
  • Strong numerical sense and good experience in handling mass data, census and surveys
  • Good organizing, meticulous and strong analytical skills. Efficient and high accuracy
  • Proficiency in software tools and applications for data analysis. Conversant with PowerPoint and Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot table are essential
  • Strong business acumen, resourceful, self-motivated and results-driven team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work along well with all levels of staff with excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in Payroll Service and HRIS (IPL) preferred
