Chef – Teppanyaki (native Japanese) 日式鐵板燒廚師

RESPONSIBILITIES 職責:

  • In charge of daily Teppanyaki menu designing and recipe creation to meet guests’ needs
  • Ensure a high level of food quality provided by supervising the kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with food and beverage standards
  • Ensure the kitchen is maintained to high hygiene standard at all times and safe food handling practices are followed
  • 負責日常鐵板燒菜單設計和菜式烹飪,以滿足顧客的需求
  • 通過監督廚房按照食品和飲料標準準備和展示所有食品來確保提供高質量的食品
  • 確保廚房保持高衛生標準,並遵循安全的食品處理規範

REQUIREMENTS 要求:

  • Dynamic chef and well settled in Teppanyaki Cuisine
  • 4 years’ of relevant experience with excellent technical cooking skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands
  • Native Japanese speaker and able to communicate in English or Chinese
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements, workplace hygiene
  • 活力充沛的廚師,專門負責鐵板燒美食
  • 4年相關經驗,具有出色的烹飪技術
  • 靈活,能夠適應不斷變化的環境和管理需求
  • 日語為母語,並能用英語或中文交流
  • 了解食品健康和安全要求,工作場所衛生
