Contract Business Admin Assistant (1-Yr)

  • Data inputting into company’s internal system
  • Account admin function with internal department
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Operations and Compliance
  • Update of client information for internal system
  • Filter daily name scan and escalate to Account Management Officer
  • Download and search public information on clients to help for account review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Relevant experiences
  • Good command of both Chinese and English (including spoken Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
