Contract Customer Services Officer (Property Developer)


  • Conduct pre-handover flat-to-flat inspections to ensure workmanship up to standards
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints on handover and defect rectification issue, and take follow-up actions in professional manners
  • Coordinate with various parties to ensure all defect rectification works will be conducted in a timely manner


  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience in handover of residential properties
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Outgoing, service oriented and good communication skill
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on shift basis
