Customer Operations Specialist

The role of the Customer Operations Specialist is to be the key contact within the Hong Kong hub office and proactively managing regional questions and concerns in regards to account needs.


  • Maintain the order creation at SAP  as necessary
  • Proactively stay in contact with the internal and external parties for ensuring all issues are promptly followed up and enquires are answered
  • Communicate clearly and openly within the team for any issues
  • Works directly with the related department to secure ship dates for all the order placed
  • Answering any enquiries from the customers assigned, including pricing, invoicing, any kinds of claim and all the general enquiries
  • Liaise with the correct parties for solutions on any problems face

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • Strong computer skills MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • SAP skill is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proactively sets out to solve problems before they become crisis
  • Demonstrates strong follow-up, ownership, and accountability
  • Enthusiastic positive & open-minded person who embraces the lifestyle fashion industry and works with a sense of urgency and persistence
