Customer Service Executive (freight forwarding)


  • Act as the Key Focal Point to the assigned Key Customers;
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints;
  • Co-ordinate sea or air bookings to fulfill customer needs;
  • Handle full set of documents;
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments toward the aim of sustaining the highest customer satisfactory level


  • Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • 3-year hands-on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua;
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
