Customer Service Officer- KYC, CDD (PRC base FI @ TST)

Job Description

  • Handle AML checking and daily ongoing monitoring review
  • Assist in KYC for client on-boarding
  • Handle enquiries and provide quality customer services to clients
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, meeting minutes etc.
  • Support daily operations to ensure all activities comply with the relevant requirements
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments


  • Degree holder in Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines
  • Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8 or Licensed with SFC Type 1 preferred
  • Hands on experiences of using Refinitiv platform is absolutely an advantage 1-2 years working experience in securities firm is preferred
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input method
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
