Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers and vendors ‘ inquiries and complaints with professional manner
  • Routine dealing with ERP System
  • Follow up orders with customers and vendors, issue PO and PI
  • Handling customs declaration
  • Supervisory experience

Requirements:

  • Dip/ Form 5 + 5 year’s experience in customer service
  • Proficient at Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
  • Responsible, patient, polite and with strong communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
