Customer Services Manager – handover (Property Developer)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise both team of in-house and out-sourced staff to deliver quality handover and customer services to purchaser of new residential projects
  • Conduct pre-handover flat-to-flat inspections to ensure workmanship up to standards
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints on handover and defect rectification issue, and take follow-up actions in professional manners
  • Coordinate with various parties to ensure all defect rectification works will be conducted in a timely manner
  • Manage and monitor contractors to carry out defect rectification works
  • Prepare handover budget, manpower plan, related documents and materials for each handover

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience which 5 years in handover of residential properties
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Outgoing, service oriented and good communication skill
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on shift basis
