Customer Services Representative (Immigration Services)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone/email/internet regarding to the immigration services
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers
  • Assisting the boss to develop new clients through presentation or telephone
  • Obtaining necessary documents and information from government agencies
  • Immigration application processing and data input

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 2years relevant experience (preferably with Immigration Services co. but not a must)
  • Pro-active with good communication and presentation skills
  • Good in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
