Customer Services Teller (Operations) – PRC Corp Bank

Responsibilities:
  • Perform counter teller services including processing of cash/cheque deposit, inward / outward clearing cheques, fund transfer and time deposit
  • Handle customer phone enquiries
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, such as data input, and filing, etc.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor
 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in Banking, Finance or other related disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial banking segment
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of RTGS and SWIFT would be an advantage
  • Team player, good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
