E-Commerce Assistant / Officer, station at Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for various digital channels including but not limited to product listing, content management, copywriting, order processing, pick & pack fulfillment liaison, assist on online fraud prevention, daily & monthly reports
  • Liaise between Marketing, Retail Operation, and IT Project Development teams
  • Identify the opportunities for improving customer experience for online platforms
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, IT or related discipline
  • Fresh grad or 1 year of solid experience with proven record in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adv, SEO/ SEM, FB/ IG ad placement
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop & all MS Office Usage (esp. excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate, positive, open minded and willing to work as a team
  • Detail-minded, creative, sensitive in figures, customer oriented and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
  • Quick learner and comfortable in adapting changes
