We are assisting a trading solution service provider to seek high calibre candidates to fill the above post.

Responsibilities :

• Reporting to the shareholders, you will be responsible for establishing the team to provide trading platform and solutions to securities or investment companies
• Hire and lead the development team
• Supervise daily operation to ensure delivery of high quality and effective trading solutions to clients
• Act as a point of escalation to resolve complex and time sensitive operational issues as well as deepening the relationships with the brokers and custodian banks, identifying opportunities and partner with these firms to enhance and align with their operational needs
• Identify new business opportunities and originate new client relationships with a strategic and long-term view

Requirements :

• At least 10 years solid experience in trading operations gained from banking and finance industry
• Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills ability to build relationships with customers, third parties and internal stakeholders
• Open-minded and initiative-taking and eager to contribute and grow with the company
• Good communication skills with fluent English and Chinese
