General Manager, Service Apartment cum Hotel


  • Responsible for overall management and operation of service apartment cum  hotel and/or clubhouse including cost and budget control, evaluation of contractor performance and ensure the provision of best quality services for clients;
  • Develop business strategies to sustain business growth and work closely with marketing team to formulate marketing and promotion campaigns;
  • Effectively plan, organize and monitor the various operation units including F&B, sports and recreational programs and activities;
  • Develop healthy and safety improvement plans and monitor its implementation, ensuring their compliance at all times;
  • Provide coaching and monitor the performance of employees as well as to maintain a team of highly motivated workforce;
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.


  • Holder of Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ working experience in managing well organized and large clubhouse, service apartment and/or hotel service
  • Experience in supervising operations of co-working space will be an advantage
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Good writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
