- Newly established position
- Reports to the Head of Investment Banking
- Build up the team to drive business to meet sales target
- Covers both High Networth and Institutional clients
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional investment sales, advises and services to High Networth and Institutional Clients
- Set up the team to achieve sales target
- Formulate and implement business development plans in order to grow client base and AUM, and drive revenue
- Liaise with business partners in order to acquire favorable business terms
- Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with business partners in order to ensure smooth cooperation
- Perform other sales management functions such as training, motivation, and performance appraisals, etc.
- Ensure the conduction of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Maintain good relationships with client and handle complaints whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Wealth Management Sales (both High Networth & Institutional Clients) with sizable Financial Institution / private bank / securities firm
- With proven sales performance and good sales network
- Familiar with various investment products, especially equities, bonds, insurance and assets etc.
- Good command of spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English
- Excellent leadership to drive team members
