HR & Admin Officer (MNC, 5days)


Hong Kong

  • Provide a proactive, strategic and high quality HR service focusing on a diverse range of activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development etc…
  • Participate in monthly Payroll & MPF calculation, insurance, MPF, annual tax returns and other salaries tax related issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate staff information and record in HR systems and personnel files
  • Review, establish and implement various policies, guideline and procedures in HR and general office administration.
  • Manage the office administration system to ensure overall office efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Perform staff orientation with new join staff
  • Organize and coordinate employee relations activities and communications campaign
  • Handle enquiries from staff of various levels, handle day-to-day staffs’ enquiries
  • Provide overall support to Human Resources and Administration Department and other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Liaise with HR representatives and Office Leads to provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, taxation, social securities and employee records
  • Liaise with Head Office and communicate with HR representatives to align HR policies, training and development program
  • Assist to develop and implement Global HR policies and procedures
  • Provide back-up support


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Min 3 years’ relevant HR & Administration working experience
  • Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure
