HR & Administration Assistant (Health care/ Biotech Industry, 5-day, WanChai)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration and clerical support to the HR & Admin Department
  • Handle the administration of staff benefits
  • Handle and maintain staff’s leave record
  • Assist the recruitment related process and staff on/off boarding arrangement
  • Provide support in the company’s functions and events
  • Responsible for procurement of pantry supplies, stationery and general office equipment by sourcing different vendors from various platform
  • Follow up on the repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Maintain product’s stock in/out record and inventories in the office
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary level with DSE / HKAL cert.
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources and office administration sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office like Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, willing to learn with proactive attitude
