Manager / AVP – Human Resources (Bank)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Units Managers to formulate and carry out HR and talent strategy
  • Provide support to BU on a full spectrum of HR activities
  • Manage the talent acquisition process and advise staff development needs, career plans and stall retention
  • Handle HR and company projects and write up the findings, analysis and recommendations
  • Collaborate with various departments in planning and implementing company projects , events and activities

Requirements

  • University graduate in HR Management or business related disciplines
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources from banking/Non-Bank FI/ Big 4 firms
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; knowledge in PRC employment law is preferred
  • Good knowledge and experience Recruitment and Project Management is preferred
  • Able write up Project / Business / HR reports
    Self-driven, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
    A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

HK$45,000 50,000 plus double pay
