HR Officer (Financial Group)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded HR services focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc…
  • Participate in monthly Payroll & MPF calculation, insurance, MPF, annual tax returns and other salaries tax related issues.
  • Organize and coordinate employee relations activities and communications campaign
  • Provide overall support to Human Resources and Administration Department and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Min 3 years’ relevant all-rounded HR experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
