Our client is a well-established MNC with presence in global context. She is now inviting caliber candidate to join her team with the requirements below:
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation and Benefits administration
- Responsible for system administration for Performance Appraisal Online System, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR related systems
- Handle expatriate’s administration
- Support group recruitment and job offer
- Support new employee’s orientation and performance management for probation and annual performance appraisal of all staff in the Group;
- Assist in updating the HR related procedures, forms and employee handbook
- Prepare timely reports, draft up letters/memoranda and proposals
- Support as back-up receptionist duties
- ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or the equivalent
- Over 3 years working experience in compensation and benefits function and handling payroll, MPF, staff insurance and annual employer’s return
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment & MPF ordinances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and specifically Excel
- Proficient in both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- Highly attentive to details, strong sense in numbers, strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, good team player
- IMMEDIATE available preferable
