HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition (Financial Institution 1,2,4,5 & 9)

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day recruitment operation for all front to back office functions. This role also leads the effort to establish a talent acquisition service platform to serve the need of the business partner; review current practice / policies, define consolidated process / support strategy, and plan out implementation / change management approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day recruitment operations
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy
• Work with business partners to identify talents available in the market
• Conduct CVs screening and interviews co-ordination
• Facilitate candidate selection and iob offer and package negotiation process
• Support on-boarding logistics
• Regularly engage with non-agency sourcing means, e.g., social media, job portals, internet sourcing
• Oversee recruitment operation, including activity carried out by team members, ensuring quality assurance
• Work with ad hoc projects in relation to the function covered

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 6-8 years of relevant recruiting experience in Financial Institution / MNC with a search agency or in-house TA experience is preferred
• Strong functional expertise in recruiting, sourcing, social media and related initiatives are key
• Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
• Self-motivated with ability to drive change
• Strong project management skills and results oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skill as well as oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
