Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the planning and implementation of IT solutions and projects
• Lead a small team and responsible for the whole lifecycle of IT projects and solutions delivery including system design, development, implementation, testing and launch under Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Manage IT projects and create project work plan to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; ensure projects adhere to project management governance and IT security guideline
• Self-driven, and provide IT directions and solutions on business requirements and operation challenges
• Manage in-house / IT vendor / 3rd party software development team with resources planning to deliver IT solutions
• Provide ongoing 2nd level application support and training to end-users to achieve internal customers satisfaction
• Other ad hoc duties per assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Over 5 years and proven track record in software development lifecycle from design to deployment; understanding best practices, trends in software development
• Proven track record in team management and project management (e.g.  PMP certification is high advantage)
• Professional qualification or technical knowledge in Cloud, Microsoft PowerBI / Microsoft M365 / D365 / SQL Server / Oracle DB / MySQL / .NET / mobile App / Web App / HTML / CSS / JS framework / JSON / React.js / Angular; knowledge in Motor industry (e.g., Car Sales, Motor Service, Motor Leasing etc.) is high advantage
• Experience in CRM / Data Analytics is high advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
