IT Project Manager / Assistant Manager (PRC Bank)


  • Follow up the overall project progress by regular communication with project team to obtain status updates, and escalate unresolved issues and risk to Project Sponsor and IT PMO
  • Participate in analyzing requirements to promote process
  • Follow up on defects identified during UAT with Testers, BA and Vendors
  • Ensure the deliverables in each stage of the project life cycle are completed
  • Communicates with Users and other stakeholder regularly on project status, deployment result and changes made on systems
  • Work with Infrastructure and Operations Team to prepare deployment plan and roll back plan
  • Prepare test plan and coordinate the testing activities
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned


  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience, preferably in banking and finance system project (Securities/Fund/FX/Insurance experience are highly preferred)
  • Experience on PM Tools and Data Analysis tools is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skil
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
  • PMP , ITIL, ScrumMaster certification would be in advantage
