IT Recruitment Manager (IT Solution Co)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle of IT recruitment activities, including order hearing, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and candidate management with particular focus in IT industry
  • Perform administrative duties, including, interview arrangement, database management, and HR system update
  • Handle candidates’ on / off-boarding issues for both in-house and secondment to client workplace
  • Act as an initial touchpoint between candidates and clients
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients
  • Be responsible for pipeline management by providing appropriate business solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in IT related disciplines preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience; IT recruitment experience preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is essential)
  • Independent and can work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
