HR & Admin Manager (FI @ East Kln) * URGENT *

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, annual salary review exercise, budgeting, agency management and HR system.
  • Reviewing and revamped the HR policies, procedures and systems (HR system and intranet) to ensure adding values to the Company
  • Working as a business partner to the line management, working together to establish different reward and bonus scheme for different business
  • Formulating HR strategies and initiatives to support the achievements of the business and operations objectives.
  • Overseeing and lead the Office Administration Team

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
  • Over 5 years all-rounded HR experience; banking/financial institution experience preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Good PC skills
