Responsibilities :

• Assist in controlling and monitoring of all marketing activities and promotions
• Assist in preparing forecast to meet KPI
• Assist in generating reports, prepare expenses tables and schedules of promotion
• Assist in preparing promotion materials for various marketing events
• Follow up the marketing online activities on social media platform
• Provide support to individual sales channel when necessary
• Work closely with sales team to monitor the trade promotion to achieve the KPI
• Handle adhoc project assigned by the company

Requirements :

• University graduate majoring in Marketing study preferred
• Good at written English and Chinese
• Skillful in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word & Chinese word processing
• Detail oriented, good data sensitivity and multi-tasking capability are essential
• Strong interpersonal skill, energetic and willing to learn
• Appreciate to work with people from different teams
