Reports to: Head of China, DTC
The China DTC team is small, so this will be a hands-on role. The role will require travel to SZN office where necessary. It will report into the Head of China DTC.
This role works in close collaboration with the rest of the HQ Marketing team, PR team and Social marketing team.
The Marketing Assistant Manager – To help the brand build up and enhance the brand awareness in China. Liaise between UK marketing team, & China DTC team, to effectively grow the Hunter brand in China.
The ideal person for this role is
- Around 3 years’ working experience of paid media and digital marketing in big-scaled foreign companies, platforms or leading agencies that serve relevant projects.
- Be sensitive on data and industry trend.
- A good team player.
- Good time management skills.
- Good English skills – verbal and written.
- Bachelor or above.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Responsible for media diffusion execution, to help build an efficient brand awareness amplification and new acquisition funnel in digital eco-system, to better brand online experience in multiple digital platforms, and help to create meaningful brand connections in digital environments.
- Brand awareness amplification: media plan execution to effectively delivery brand and campaign message in multi-media channels, to enhance brand awareness and consideration in prioritized.
- Social marketing operation: help to better user journey and create meaningful brand connection across various platforms like WeChat, Weibo, RED, DOUYIN, etc.
- Data management of media key matrix: CPM, CPC, CPUV, ROI, etc.
- Maintain and strengthen media relationship.
- Responsible for PR tool kit preparation and qualitative media pitch.
- E- PR database maintenance and regular news seeding on digital accounts.
- Insights generation with learning and implication.
