Merchandising Coordinator (Apparel, Buying Office@KowloonBay)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create & revise POs in SAP system
  • Assist office administrative work
  • Receive, Pack,  Send parcels
  • Inventory stock support ( Quarterly basis)
  • Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors – to/from customer offices.


  • F.5 or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Office e.g. Excel, Word, etc.,
  • Experience on ERP system such as SAP, PLM is an advantage
  • 3 years or above Merchandising experience in Apparel, Headwear or Accessories industry preferable
  • Independent, responsible and willing to learn
  • Organized, able to handle multiple tasks and work overtime if needed
  • Immediate available
