Responsibilities:
- Provide High level executive support to the senior executive (s).
- Handle large volume of business and social correspondence independently. Assist the writing of speeches, memos, etc. as well as the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Brief the senior executive(s) on incoming proposals, papers, circulars & upcoming meetings.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments/projects.
Requirements:
- University graduate with Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.
- Over 7 years’ of PA experience in a highly demanding environment.
- Good business sense and good judgment.
- Mature, pleasant, decisive, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office.
