PROJECT ASSISTANT

Job Description

Working in office supplies sales team, the incumbent will be required to provide account management and servicing, support on daily project operations and gather customer requirements.  He/she also needs to coordinate with internal departments and vendors for follow-up arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel applications, knowledge in SAP an advantage
  • Self-initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good planning & organizing skills, detailed minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
