• Working with US compliance team to draw up Testing Protocol for different categories.
• Helping 3rd party testing center to understand ambiguous clauses and mark them down for revision purpose.
• Making sure all products are tested based on Protocol and get pass.
• Working with Forwarder to set up automatic mechanism to reach the goal – only test-pass products can be shipped.
• Auditing 3rd party tests report quarterly, working with 3rd party testing centers for the top 3 inaccuracies and error rate(data analysis).
• Meeting with key suppliers with data analysis for testing failure rate and failure points, setting up improvement objectives.
• Setting up Mechanism with 3rd party testing centers to be aware of the latest regulations of US, Europe, and Asia Market.
• Release CAP for Chemical failures, working with suppliers for solution.
• Nailing down the decision tree to define the decision-making range among US office, European office and Shenzhen office
