- Review bulk quality and provide technical advice to factory
- Evaluate factory quality control process and solve the quality issues
- Investigate quality claim issues, report the results and ad hoc tasks
- Prepare presentations for per-production seasonal meetings
- Strengthen the level of quality monitoring process
- Enhance effective communication between operation field and production team
- Monitor quality improvement project meeting with merchandising team.
- Upgrade existing product standard and system.
- Monitor China QA team.
- Problem solving and decision making on quality issues.
- Travel to South and North China.
- Work with vendor performance monthly summary on related factory.
- Sample checking, per-production and training meeting with the factory.
- Factory evaluation and garment inspection.
