• Item: Functional Outerwear, Skiwear, Sportswear, swimwear
  Check sample and mark comments to vendors for improvement,
• Ensure sample are made up to standard before sample dispatch
• Responsible for approval of all kinds of sample (Proto / Salesman / Size-set / PP / Shipment Sample)
• Working with UK compliance team to draw up Testing Protocol for different categories.
• Meeting with key suppliers with data analysis for testing failure rate and failure points, setting up improvement objectives.
• Organize training sessions with suppliers and factory,
• Meeting with Development and Production team by season
• Organize third party inspection and integrate new Quality Standards,
• Plan and manage production activities to ensure timely delivery,
• Provide technical support to solve various types of technical issues in production,
• Perform pre-production reviews, sample development, inline and final inspection,
• Maintain records and update procedures and working guidelines,
• Good Communicate vendors both English and Cantonese.
