Job duties:
- Managing raw materials supply planning and supplier reporting needs – collaborating with all partners to refine data for analytics performance
- Establishing, negotiating and ensuring compliance on purchasing terms and conditions
- Collaborating with sourcing partners to find process efficiencies, cost savings and sustainability best practices for the brand and the wider group
- Supporting the Director, Raw Materials Sourcing with sales and operations (S&OP) evolution, supply review and change management initiatives
- Partnering to manage excess raw materials (ERM) and project write off liability
- Formulating and presenting recommendations for minimizing ERM cost and environment impacts
- Collaborating with cross functional partners to support the idea to consumer process timeline and discipline
- Supporting the Director, Raw Materials Sourcing with system integration and tool development
- Partnering with Supply Chain and Information Systems leadership teams in pre-implementation planning, including vendor selection feedback, roll-out strategy, and internal stakeholder engagement
- Optimizing raw materials functions and processes to ensure alignment with the Strategic Business Plans (SBP) and multi-channel performance
- Creating and maintaining raw materials key performance indicators to measure supply planning accuracy, trends and to perform analysis as required
- Initiating and executing on strategic raw materials developments
Requirement :
- You have a university degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
- You have 5+ years’ experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing or Operations
- You have strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills, along with previous people leadership and mentoring experience
- You have the ability to think both strategically and tactically, ability exert tactful influence within the organization
- You have excellent communication skills, ability to relate to all levels of stakeholders
- You have strong presentation skills and have demonstrated experience with presenting to senior leadership
- You have advanced skills in Excel
- You set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
